    Speaker: Dr. David Gardner

    Dr. David Gardner is a Professor with the Department of Psychiatry, Dalhousie University, Halifax. He is the developer of Sleepwell and will talk about how you can use Sleepwell’s recommended resources to help you get a better night’s sleep without sleeping pills.

    Whether you have had insomnia for years or have been experiencing bouts of sleeplessness every now and again, the tips you will learn from Sleepwell’s recommended resources can help you to get better sleep.
